Add $1 for every 10 square feet above 1,500 

Example: 3,000 square feet – $300 + $150 for larger size = $450 total

Over 10,000  Call for quote 

A Re-Inspection is 50% off the regular inspection price.

Exterior — ROOF, SIDING, GUTTERS,  DOWNSPOUTS, CHIMNEY, FLASHING,  PORCHES, DECKS, CRAWLSPACES, MECHANICAL UNITS, ELECTRICAL SERVICE, DROP, SIDEWALKS and DRIVEWAY

Interior — WINDOWS, DOORS, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HEATING, COOLING, BASEMENT, ATTIC, CRAWLSPACE, VENTING, INSULATION, MICROBIAL GROWTH, SMOKE DETECTORS,APPLIANCES, WATER, GAS, ELECTRICAL SERVICE and SHUTOFFS

 Structural — EVALUATED at ALL POSSIBLE LOCATIONS, FOOTINGS, WALLS, FLOORS, TRUSSES, STAIRS, RAFTERS, JOISTS and HANGERS
